Access to this website www.cleaning-services-botswana.co.bw (the “Website”) is subject to and in accordance with the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this Website. These terms and conditions are between Cleaning Services Botswana and you, the user of this Website (“you”).
On accessing the Website on this occasion and on each subsequent occasion, you will be deemed to have accepted all of the terms and conditions that apply to its use and to the facilities, services and information provided by it. Cleaning Services Botswana reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and it is your obligation to check if changes have been made. Your use of the Website after changes are posted online will constitute acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

This Website and any content contained on it, is for information purposes only.
2. Privacy
You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.
3. Liability
Cleaning Services Botswana takes all steps that we consider, in our sole discretion, necessary in order to provide you with a reliable service. We exclude, however, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability for the security or availability of the services on the Website or for any disruption of our website, however caused. We provide the Website on an “as is” basis and make no warranties or representations of any kind as to the Website or its content. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose of the content published on the Website. Any liability, however it occurs, for any such inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Cleaning Services Botswana and any of our officers, employees and agents harmless from and against all and any expenses, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses incurred or suffered and any claims or legal proceedings which are brought or threatened, in each case arising from your use of, or conduct on, the Website and/or a breach of these terms and conditions.
5. Termination
Cleaning Services Botswana may terminate the provision of the Website or restrict your access to it without any prior notice to you.
6. Invalidity
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which Cleaning Services Botswana exclude our liability to you), the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
7. Eligibility and a Special Note About Children
Children are not eligible to use our services and we ask that minors (under the age of 18) do not submit any information to us. If you are a minor, you can use this service only in conjunction with your parents or guardians. The Website is available only to individuals and entities that can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. If you do not qualify, please exit this Website now and do not use this Website.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with Botswana law and the Botswana courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.

10. Payment terms and conditions
All prices quoted are applicable to 14% VAT and are payable in full on placement of order / repair approval or by prior agreement with the Management of Cleaning Services Botswana for account customers.
11. Workshop repairs terms and conditions
Please note that estimated costs may change if additional work is identified during the repair, in this case we will contact you immediately.
Please also consider the actual terms regarding cost estimations:
• All repairs – Full payment is required prior to commencement of repair work
• Customer with an existing 30 day account – An official order is required prior to commencement of work.
• Retail machines repaired or unrepaired and not collected within 2 months from date of cost estimation will be disposed of.
• Professional machines unrepaired and not collected within 1 month from date of cost estimation will be disposed of and the case will be closed.
• Cost estimations are valid for 30 days
12. Spare parts availability
We guarantee spare parts availability for a period of 5 (five) years from last date of manufacture, Kärcher parts for 10 (ten) years.
13. Chemicals
Cleaning Services Botswana supplies a wide range of chemicals, which are scientifically formulated for use in various applications and environments.
14. Validity
Our pricing remains firm for a period of 30 days from date of quotation, after which they are subject to our final confirmation.
15. Guarantee
Cleaning Services Botswana hereby guarantees the appliance to the first user that it is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service, for a period of TWO YEARS (in the case of Professional appliances) and ONE YEAR (applicable to Home and Garden appliances) from date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
1. At any time within the guarantee period from date of purchase by the first user, Cleaning Services Botswana, will at its election replace or repair without cost to the first user, if necessary, any part found to be defective in this appliance. This includes labour, but excludes transport between the customer’s premises and the nearest Cleaning Services Botswana branch.
2. This specifically excludes parts which are subject to normal wear and tear.
3. The removal of the serial number (if applicable) from the appliance will render this undertaking null and void.
4.Cleaning Services Botswana shall not be responsible for damages of any kind resulting from incorrect voltages or faults in the building wire, failure to use the appliance in accordance with the operating instructions, commercial use of consumer appliances, use with chemicals other than Kärcher chemicals or cleaning chemicals approved by the company or general misuse, abuse and for any damage caused by fire, flood, civil disturbances or Acts of God.
5. It is a condition of this undertaking, that Cleaning Services Botswana shall not be responsible for the transportation, labour, material or any other costs not specified other than those covered by points (1) above. Specifically, Cleaning Services Botswana will not accept any responsibility or liability for loss or damage of any kind caused by or to failure operation or malfunction of this appliance. (Refer to the operation manual for general operation instructions).
6. Should the appliance be worked on by anyone other than an authorized service representative, this undertaking will become null and void.
7. Failure to produce the product certificate (applicable to Professional appliances) with the documentary proof of date of original purchase by the first user, will result in a charge levied for work done and parts supplied even if the appliance is still in the period of this undertaking; as will any service calls where no fault is found with the appliance.
8. This guarantee is given only to the first user. Application for transfer to subsequent purchasers of the benefit of this guarantee for the unexpired period will be considered by the Company upon written application.
9. In the case of a Professional appliance, a service interval of a maximum of every 6 months is required at an authorized service representative. Failure to do so will render this undertaking null and void.
16. Transfer of Liability Agreement
The transfer of liability confirms that the purchase of professional cleaning machines from our branches have been purchased from Cleaning Services Botswana and that the purchaser will take responsibility for the following:
1. Operating Instructions will be provided to the end user.
2. Operating instruction booklet will be handed over to the end user.
3. The End User is informed and briefed in detail about the following:
a. Intended use of the machine (Recommended daily operating hours/m²_________).
b. Functional description of the machine.
c. Use of the machine has been demonstrated.
d. Important features of the unit.
e. Control elements of the unit have been described.
f. Safety instructions and the necessary protective wear/equipment
g. Maintenance and care instruction.
h. Instruction for the shutdown.
i. Possible Accessories.
j. Warranty regulations have been agreed upon.
